North Seasons - Eyes For The Blind

After gaining quite a following in their hometown area, melodic hard-core North Seasons is set to release their debut EP Eyes For The Blind.

With this energy driven and fast paced EP you are instantly washed away for the next twenty five minutes. The debut single Silhouettes is the perfect introduction to anyone who has yet to hear their sound. It's full of heavy guitars smashing through the verses accompanied by some very gruff vocals and the choruses with a gentler toned vocal to add a lighter edge. It's punchy and edgy and the perfect track as an introductory number. As the EP continues don't be fooled by the quieter opening of Good News, as it quickly transforms in to another hard hitting tune, combining crashing guitars with some melodic moments and a vocal that wonders between moments of rage and anger to a more refined tone.

A New World Order takes things down a darker route with the constant gruffer vocal being the dominant voice heard. At just over two minutes long Bitter opens almost like a poem, one that is being projected with pure resentment. Then with added drums and gradually some sharp guitars, this track explodes with a powerful vocal blasting with anger and hostility - truly ear deafening. Never Forget This is the perfect blast of energy you receive at a gig before the encore which in this case comes from the title track which could very well leave you feeling as though the air has been squeezed out of your lungs with ears ringing after only a few listens.

Eyes For The Blind is released January 21st via Kill/Hurt Recordings
