Download have followed up with the huge news that Slipknot, Judas Priest, FFDP and Black Stone Cherry are all set for the hallowed turf with another BIG announcement.
Headlining Download for the first time ever will be global megastars Muse. Commenting on their debut, the band had the following to say: "We're really looking forward to Download. We've never played the festival before so it's going to be really special."
They will be joined by Faith No More who will be in the midst of their tour following the release of new material - " Hard to believe it's been five years already, but what's harder to deny is that a lot has changed. The last time we played Download the focus was on bringing back
the past; now it's all about the present and the future. Where it should be."
They are also joined by A Day To Remember and the God of Fuck himself Marilyn Manson who had this to say: "It's been a few years since I've been at download. The Pale Emperor will rise, and I was born to cause chaos."
