| Bio | I studied Popular music and Recording at Salford Uni which was a bit like Jack Black's music lessons in School of Rock. I formed a band as a bass player and songwriter and played quite a few gigs around Manchester. I got interested in music journalism by writing gig reviews for the student newspaper, and in my final year got a show on the student radio station and interviewed bands for the website. Since then I've presented a few other shows on local stations, done work experience at the BBC and now read the six o' clock news on a community station in Manchester. |
