|Bio||Self-confessed pretentious arse Lewis Denby left the Room Thirteen ranks back in 2004 to focus on making music instead of writing about it. Three years on and not really that much further into a playing career, a bitter Lewis returned to pass judgment on those far more successful than he ever will be.
His band, Blue Sky Project, craftily referenced a couple of times on this very page, is signed to Salt The Wound Records, but then he's mates with the boss, so they would be. Still, they have something of a following around the country, and some people at Room Thirteen secretly quite like them. As a solo artist, Lewis has released a couple of CDs, and his debut album is out next year.
Lewis does too much.
In his spare time, he runs a small-time record label - GrooveStealer - which occasionally surfaces to release the odd CD or host the occasional showcase night. He also enjoys making curries, though his housemates would largely prefer he did not. He appreciates the beauty in thunderstorms and the power of fire. Call him.
