The Dirty Great originally formed in the spring of 2003, though the past 6 months has seen some serious changes within the band. Original vocalist Moz left amicably to persue other interests and in came new frontman Adam. This saw the band reassess their outlook and with gigs in Basingstoke, Winchester and London already under their belts (as well as a self released demo), things are looking bright for them. Their blend of groove based hardcore mixed with classic punk is best described as "shedcore". With their feet firmly grounded in English heritage, they practice and record in a shed! With a new CD nearing completion and gigs and media interest starting to become more apparent, the future looks good for The Dirty Great.
