Losing Sun

Biography

Formed around the nucleus of Egyptian born guitarist Marcos Phillips and
bassist Mattiaus Morggz, the band's sound is refreshingly free of
post-hardcore/emo generics. Indeed Losing Sun have more in common with
classic bands like Soundgarden, Alice In Chains and Sepultura than the
ubiquitous emo gangs that are currently in vogue.

Their finesse and dedication has landed them shows with bands like Lost
Prophets, Killing Joke, Ill Nino and Sepultura. And their live show has
grown into a fiery, focused display of their commitment and musical
potency.
