Biography

Formed in the summer of 2005 the Red Star Rebels are the UK's latest rock sensation. Having spent the latter part of the 2005 writing and rehearsing, the five piece from no fixed abode have recently been seen tearing the UK apart with some amazing live shows and equally colourful offstage antics. Having come off a brilliant European tour with the Brides of Destruction and further European tours lined up for March and April the band have some intimate gigs lined up for February.

Red Star Rebels are Blacky Rebel (lead vocals and Port), Meady Rebel (lead guitar and lager), Dazzle Rebel (Bass guitar and brunettes) , Jonny Rebel (Rhythm Guitar and blondes), Stevie Rebel (Drums and whatevers left over).. All in their twenties with rock n roll blood in their veins the Rebels are on a mission to entertain and amuse.

They personify what Rock n Roll should be.... Loud, fast , dangerous and decadent, yet full of great tunes, passion and excitement.

The SAS of the rock world, they stun, cause maximum damage to your senses, create total carnage and then are gone... and they never leave a man behind.... Unless he's been captured by a stunning blonde...

The Rebels are living proof that Rock n Roll is alive and well and people are living the dream. They walk it as they talk it. Red Star Rebels are very much the real thing.
