Biography

CHAMPAGNE ON ICE are fronted by the charismatic Storm Badishi. The Smith Sisters compile the rhythm section while Neil Caws and Justin Potter wield the Axes.

Lead Vocalist 'Storm Badishi' made his name in Israel where he was signed to major Israeli label Hed Arzi. His first album contained three top 10 singles and an offer from EMI Israel was soon to follow. Storm also had great success when he wrote the winning song for Pop Idol winner 'Ninet', which topped the Israeli charts for an outstanding 10 weeks. Storm is also known for his acting skills, appearing in hit TV show Our Song.

The Smith's, Potter and Caws all come from The AKA Band who had success on the London music scene. A support slot with Ocean Colour Scene and a nomination at the Indie Awards are to name a few of the bands accolades. read less
