Deftones will be taking to the stage at Wembley Arena this Friday (3rd June), and after postponing the initial show towards the end of last year and original support band Architects unable to make the new date, they have now announced that the excellent Black Peaks will be their sole support on the night.
Black Peaks are in a really good place at the moment, with the critical acclaim from their debut release Statues off the charts. The band are more than excited to be therefore given the opportunity of being the only support for Deftones at Wembley Arena as guitarist Joe Gosney made very clear, "Well this is honestly something we never thought we would be saying so here goes...We are delighted to announce that we will be main support to Deftones at none other than Wembley Arena on June 3rd. Deftones have been been a huge inspiration to us as a band and obviously a big influence on our music. We cannot wait to play this show and this is no doubt going to be something very special. Let's do this Wembley."
