When Billy Corgan announced that he'd be drafting both James Iha and Jimmy Chamberlain back in to the band after nearly two decades the excitement and buzz around The Smashing Pumpkins began to gather unbelievable pace. Most probably expected it to predominantly centre around the opportunity to see them all together live again but the reunion has also now delivered on some excellent new music.

For the first time in just over 18 years, Billy Corgan, James Iha and Jimmy Chamberlain have recorded together with the result being the track Solara. The band will also be kicking off the North American leg of a tour we're sure is about to explode globally.
