Fall Of Serenity have signed to the Metal Label LifeForce Records.
By signing Fall Of Serenity, Lifeforce Records welcome a highly respected
and well established metal act to their family. Originally founded in 1998,
Fall Of Serenity, became one of the brands of the European metalcore scene,
while developing their own style over the years into straight-forward death
metal. Unusual melodies, creative arrangements and catchy structures are the trademarks of this five-piece from Germany.
Fall Of Serenity's release-history includes 3 albums - "Smoldering Doom"
(2000), "Grey Man's Requiem" (2001) and "Royal Killing" (2004) - as well as
the legendary, vinyl-only split-release with German metalcore precursors
Heaven Shall Burn. In 2004 Fall Of Serenity toured across Europe supporting
Dismember to consolidate the band's position as one of the most powerful death metal outfits from Germany. Furthermore the band opened tons of club shows for bands like Vadar, Marduk, Malevolent Creation, God Dethroned, Primordial, Kataklysm, Behemoth, Dew-Scented and more.
Fall Of Serenity's fourth yet untitled full-length will be released on
Lifeforce Records in the spring of 2006. Be prepared.
This is a statement from Eddy Langner, guitarist:
"Having signed to Lifeforce Records makes us very proud and confident. Our
new home has been an awesome label for ages, and the guys and girls there
are known for their good work and their close connection to the scene. It is
a huge step forward for Fall Of Serenity. We are extremely happy and excited to work with Lifeforce Records, and are looking forward to our debut release on this great label next year."
