Room Thirteen has had a busy year, with our readership now in excess of 50,000 unique readers a month and our content unrivalled.
This year also saw us undertake our first ever live music event, Thirteenth Day 2005.
After careful consideration, Room Thirteen has decided that we will not be putting on Thirteenth Day in 2006.
We believe that there are plenty of fine live metal events out there already in 2006 and it was never our intention to put Thirteenth Day out there for the sake of it.
Thirteenth Day will be returning in the near future - but for now we've decided to keep it something special.
Everyone at Room Thirteen would like to thank all of the people that made Thirteenth Day 2005 a success including all the bands that played, the media and most importantly the 1,400 people in the venue on the day.
Updates about Thirteenth Day in the future will be made on the official Thirteenth Day website at
www.thirteenthday.co.uk
As well as here on Room Thirteen.
In the meantime we would like to wish everyone a happy Christmas and happy new year.
Thank you all for making 2005 such a great year for everyone at Room Thirteen.
