Those of you living in the North East will have already spotted that there's been extreme weather conditions.
As a result of high winds which have badly hit the equipment at the site for the Hi:Fi North Festival, a number of bands have had to be taken off the line-up.
The event is still on, but the following will not be appearing:
You Say Party! We Say Die!, Sound Explosion, The Envelopes, The Marshalls, The Motorettes and Stone Free.
Two stages have had to be merged resulting in those acts no longer being able to perform.
Hi:Fi North takes place for one day and night on Saturday 27th May at the Matfen Estate near Newcastle, and features Ian Brown, Editors, Dirty Pretty Things, Brakes, Maximo Park, ˇForward, Russia!, Paul Oakenfold, Sasha, Erick Morillo, 2 Many DJs and many more.
