The Libertines have urged Londoners to 'fight racism' and speak out against the right-wing candidates in the forthcoming local elections.
The band are joining David Gray and other artists to play at the 'Love Music, Hate Racism' gig at Finsbury Park on June 6. The idea behind this show is to inform and motivate and opposition to the far right political parties currently gaining support in Britain. Other artists performing at the gig include: Billy Bragg, The Eighties B-Line Matchbox Disaster, Roll Deep, and The Stands.
