Some sad news from the Hedrons camp, especially as their new album approaches.
From the band's website:
"We're really sad to have to tell you that our bass player Chi has had to leave the band. Chi was involved in a car crash last year when a bone in her neck was broken and she's been told by doctors that she needs an operation as soon as possible to be followed by a long period of recuperation including physiotherapy. We are all really devastated about her departure, as is Chi to say the least, especially as the doctors have told her NOT to play bass for a while!
"However, we all (including Chi) unanimously agreed that the show must go on and therefore we have a new Hedron in the camp. Gill is our new bass player, and she is raring to go and makes her debut on the forthcoming tour. So if you are at one of our forthcoming gigs, please come up and say hi, and we'll introduce you to her.
"I'm sure you will all join us in wishing Chi a speedy recovery.
"Love, The Hedrons xxxx"
