Maximo Park will headline the final day of the Orange Evolution Festival.

The show will take place at Newcastle's Gateshead Quayside on May 28, and will round off a week of live events in the city.

The rest of the line-up is yet to be announced, however a massive dance event is planned for Sunday May 27.

Maximo Park will release their second album 'Our Earthly Pleasure' on April 2, proceeded by the single 'Our Velocity' on March 19.
