The Sounds From the Other City Festival is almost here for 2007, taking place in Salford this coming Sunday.

The event looks like a mini Camden Crawl, with gigs happening across seven venues including Albert Vaults, Kings Arms, Black Lion and Salford Arms.

Bands playing include The Maple State, The Be Be See, The Hair, That Fucking Tank, Solar Fire Trio (featuring former Spiritualized sax player Ray Moonshake) and Liz Green.

The event brings together some of Manchester's finest alternative promoters, all hosting their own unique events across Salford.
