Wychwood Music Festival is continuing to add to its varied line up with comedy and workshops now announced. Joining the previously announced musical acts, from Afro Celt Sound System and Badly Drawn Boy to Y Gabriela and Ben Taylor, are the stars of the Ribbed Comedy Club. On Friday night Liverpudlian Silky will be joined by fellow comics Andrew O'Neill and James Sherwood. On Saturday Mundo Jazz, Terry Saunders and
Roland Gent will perform, with Alfie Joey, Tim Craven and Gary Delaney performing on the Sunday.
Two pre-Wychwood workshops have also been announced, these will take place on 26th May and be open to all.
The first workshops will take place at the Guildhall in Gloucester as follows:
10.30 - 12.30 Festival regular and nationally renowned Bhangra performer Jag Kumar will explain of the origins of Bhangra, demonstrate the costumes and props used in traditional Bhangra and also teach basic dance steps to create a short dance routine.
14:00 16:00 Join African drummer Chiek Diop from Ninki Nanka in a celebratory workshop of African rhythms. Be prepared to make some noise!

Wychwood Festival takes place from 1st-3rd June at Cheltenham Racecourse.
