Scott Matthews fought off fierce competition from none other than Arctic Monkeys! The track, 'Elusive' won the category for 'Best Song Musically and Lyrically' and Matthews will now go on to re-release his album, 'Passing Stranger' on 2nd July.
Other lucky winners include Amy Winehouse who picked up 'Best Contemporary Song' with 'Rehab' and Scissor Sisters whose track, 'I Don't Feel Like Dancin' won 'PRS Most Performed Work'. Madonna's 'Sorry' won 'Best International Hit Of The Year', while the Monkeys did get lucky with their debut album winning the 'Album Award'.
