Could the Sex Pistols be lined up for the Teenage Cancer Trust series of gigs next year?
According to Blabbermouth, speaking on his Los Angeles radio show, Steve Jones did not give many specific details about their live plans for 2008, other than to
say that they might play a charity show at London's Royal Albert Hall organized by THE Who’s Roger Daltrey.
In other news, two of their recent London concerts were recorded by producer Chris Thomas and shot by documentary filmmaker Julien Temple for a DVD.
The Pistols are one of three acts already announced for next June’s Isle of Wight Festival, and will join the Kaiser Chiefs and The Police over the weekend of June 13-15.
Tickets for IoW go on sale this Monday (December 10) at 9 AM. Remember, last year’s festival sold out in record time.
