SixNationState, Art Brutt and Beans on Toast are among the first acts announced for Winchester Live.
The week-long event happens across three venues, The Railway, Tower and The Vault between 13 and 19 October.
Also playing are Sam Isaac, Scarlet Soho, Die! Die! Die!, Emmy The Great, Thomas Tantrum, Peggy Sue, Imperial Leisure, Rosie Oddie & The Odd Squad, Subliminal Girls, Jay Jay Pistolet, Luke Leighfield, Ryan O'Reilly and Derek Meins.
A wristband for the whole week will cost £25.
