Morrissey has confirmed that he will release a new album, 'Years of Refusal' and single, 'I'm Throwing My Arms Around Paris' early next year. The single will be out on 9th February with additional new material including a track featuring Chrissie Hynde, and the album will hit the shops on 16th February with 12 new tracks.
