The Hop Farm Festival will not only be returning in 2009, but will have its capacity almost doubled.
Their appeal at a magistrates court this week has resulted in the number able to attend being increased from 30,000 to 53,000.
The event, which welcomed Neil Young, Primal Scream and Guillemots to Kent in 2008, will expand from a one-day to three-day festival and happens July 3-5.
