GWAR have been added to this year’s Bloodstock line up bringing with them just what, according to frontman Oderus Urgundus, “Bloodstock needs …. BLOOD!” With the festival being GWAR’s only UK appearance this year, Urgundus has been quick to offer some words of advice for Bloodstock festival goers warning them to “Prepare yourself for the most colossal, disgusting, and completely politically incorrect show in metal history!”
Along with GWAR, Finnish mettallers Battlelore have also been added to this year’s bill that already boasts the likes of Apocalyptica, Municipal Waste, Saxon, Turisas and The Haunted with headliners still to be announced.
Bloodstock takes place August 14th to 16th at Catton Hall, Derbyshire.
