Jimmy Eat World are set to release a new album in September.
The new long player, Invented, has been confirmed for release on September 28 and will be proceeded by the release of new single, ‘My Best Theory’.
Reuniting with producer Mark Trombino, the man behind earlier albums Bleed American, Static Prevails and Clarity, the album will be the first from the band since 2007’s Chase This Light. Singer Jim Adkins has said of the release: "it was great reconnecting and creating an album with Mark Trombino, we can't wait for our fans to hear it."
The band are expected to follow this release with both a US and Europe tour.
Invented will be released through DGC/Interscope on September 28.
