Radio 1 are set to dedicate an entire evening of programming to Kings Of Leon on Thursday 27th October at 7pm.
The quartet whose latest album, 'Come Around Sundown' is released October 18th, will play a special hour long gig at a secret location after speaking to Radio 1 presenter Zane Lowe.
Staright after the performance, Radio 1's evening of KOL will continue with 'Stories' at 9pm allowing the band to tell their story in their own words followed by 'The Influences Of Leon' at 10pm, an hour long documentary looking at the songs that have sound tracked their lives. Finally, the evening will end with 'The Archives Of Leon' at 11pm which features classic conversations, live performances, session tracks and live lounges from the past eight years of the band coming into Radio 1.
