Adele has had to cancel her remaining live dates and promotional appearances in 2011 as she is to undergo surgery on her throat, a full recovery is expected however she is under doctors orders to rest her voice completely for the moment.
Ticket holders for all cancelled live dates will be refunded at the point of purchase.
