Prog-rockers Coheed and Cambria have announced the release of their 6th album. The record entitled The Afterman is to be a double concept album released in two halves. The first volume, The Afterman: Ascension is to be released on both physical and digital formats on October 8, 2012 via V2 Recordings/Everything Evil and the second volume, The Afterman: Descension is marked for a February 2013 release.
