April this year brings us the start of Spring, Easter and of course our regular Band of the Month. This month’s band have only been around for just over a year but in that time have already produced an impressive series of gigs, support slots and festival appearances. It is our pleasure to give you our Band of the Month, Beasts

Bio:
Since forming in late 2013, Beasts have emerged as one of the most promising bands in the underground rock scene. Having recorded their debut single Annie with ex-Sikth guitarist and producer Dan Weller (Enter Shikari, Young Guns, Kids In Glass Houses) in December 2013, Beasts have gone on to achieve national radio play and support from Radio 1 DJs Daniel P. Carter and Zane Lowe, who made the band his “Next Hype” in June, as well as plays from Phil Taggart and Alice Levine, John Kennedy on XFM, Alex Baker on Kerrang! Radio and Amazing Radio who gave the band ‘Track Of The Day’, ‘Record Of The Week’ and play listed the track, culminating in a number 8 spot on the Amazing Radio Charts.

The band had a busy summer of Festivals in 2014 including The Great Escape, Camden Rocks, Isle Of Wight Festival, Y Not Festival and finished the season off with Reading & Leeds in August where they opened The Pit stage to a crowd filled tent.

2015 will see Beasts hitting many milestones on the live circuit. Recently the band supported The Subways at Le Trabendo in Paris and will be on tour with Theory Of A Deadman in the UK from April 23rd where the band will be playing the biggest venues they’ve played to date and ending in their home city to play London Scala and then on to support Darlia at the Electric Ballroom on May 6th.
