Rm13: Firstly who is in the band and what do they play?
Sean: Well there's Dave Peak-Guitar, Nick Palmer-Guitar, Neil Ablard-Drums, Steve Brine-Bass, Eddie Marsh plays keys for us Live and myself who handles the vocals.
Rm13: You very recently lost and acquired a member, how has that affected you?
Sean: Yeah, Adrian couldn't commit to 2 bands and I think we almost realised that before he did, so things were mutual and fortunately I knew of Steve and things moved from there, it helps when Steve had seen us play live so knew the requirements to be in the band. We basically gave him an English tour with Power Quest and a few German shows to show us what he could do and he delivered the goods... and got the job.
Rm13: How would you describe your music to someone who's never heard it?
Sean: You have to be marketable I guess so US/UK influenced Power Metal pretty much describes us, heavy guitars with soft moments and singing as opposed to growling. Many of our reviews compare us to old Iced Earth and I'm more than happy with that.
Rm13: Where would you like to be this time next year?
Sean: Well, we'll have a new album out by this time next year and hopefully it will be on a bigger label but if not it will be on my own label, so I hope to be promoting that. And we're looking at festival dates for next year too, I just want the band to progress from this year.
Rm13: Who would you cite as influential to your music?
Sean: There's quite a mixture of influences in the band but with regards to writers (Nick, Dave and Myself) Iced Earth, Maiden, Nevermore, bands along those lines...
Rm13: What goes through your mind before you go on stage?
Sean: I usually go a little crazy before going on stage actually, my adrenaline goes through the roof and i think thats what give me the energy I require, I hope that we deliver the goods to the fans and give them a good time ... that's paramount obviously.
Rm13: What's been your best moment as a band so far?
Sean: Unquestionably Bloodstock .. highight of the bands career.. we were amazed at the reaction we got and loved every moment, the reviews have been amazing.
Rm13: Thanks for your time; I hope you enjoyed the Bloodstock experience and that we'll be hearing from you again soon.
