With the current situation unfortunately shelving almost the entirety of the festival scene in 2020, many organisers across various events are coming up with all manner of ways to keep in touch with their loyal followers. This is absolutely no different for Download Festival who are proud to announce the inception of Download TV - a virtual festival you can enjoy from home.
Taking place across the same weekend Download 2020 was due to happen, the festival social sites will be lighting up with a schedule rammed with unseen performances, special interviews, exclusive footage and interactive content. Download TV will have three daily shows of 2-3 hours with more details on the specifics around all the schedule forthcoming.
Alongside all of the above, the organisers have asked their loyal followers to interact as much as possible; whether that be pitching your tent in the middle of the living room or erecting your campsite flag in the heart of your garden, the Download Team are looking forward to receiving all of your content across their social platforms.
