Placebo have announced their first show of 2006 - they will co-headline the
opening night of next years' Isle of Wight festival with The Prodigy. The
band are one of Britain's biggest selling artists with nearly a decade of
hits under their belts. 2004 saw the release of their multi-platinum album
'Once More With Feeling' a collection of singles spanning 1996-2004 and they
are currently in the studio finishing up a new album for release in March
2006.
