A day after we announced news about Hatebreed being refused entry to Canada it has turned out that Drowning Pool have had to cancel the dates for their upcoming tour for the same reasons.
Stevie Benton, bassist, wrote in a post:
"Oh Canada! Why won't you let us in? It seems the people at the border don't like the looks of us. Perhaps they feel we would corrupt the Canadian youths. We were very much looking forward to doing just that. We promise to keep trying to get in. Maybe later this summer. We're very sorry to anyone we disappointed. Much love to all of you up there."
The new Drowning Pool lineup will hit the UK at Download Festival on Sunday 6th June.
