Scottish songwriters Idlewild are back with a new album, 'Make Another World' on 5th March, preceded by the single, 'No Emotion' on 26th February.

The band have also been working on plenty of projects in their native land with gigs as part of the Celtic Connections festival in Glasgow lined up for the end of this month, and Roddy Woomble has been lending a hand with a project to bring together Scotland's writing community called 'Ballads of the Book'. The 18-track album will team up some of Scotland's premier artists such as Sons & Daughters, Norman Blake and the Trashcan Sinatras with its top writers to create a record due for release in March.
