Crimea give fans a free download of new album, plus upcoming tour dates!
Yes, those quirky alt-rocker's, The Crimea, are celebrating the release their new album by giving fans the chance to download it for free! Yes, you read that right! As free as a bird, and that whale Willy, this interesting marketing ploy may well have the record label frowning and sweating in panic, but like those beardy-led guys from the 70's, Free,
it's all right now.
So, simply click on to the band's
quite funky websiteon May 13th, and bingo! There you go! The band are quick to point out that there is no catch, just great music!
For those of you traditionalists, you can also buy a copy of the album (which, of course, includes the same music on a snazzy round disc, plus artwork, credits and a case), from the shop on the website for an honest price.
There are then two 'Burn The Witch' BBQ dates at the following places:
12 May - Barbeque, impromptu acoustic set on Primrose Hill, Regents Park
13 May - Same deal, but under the wings of the Angel Of North.
