Hotly tipped Newcastle band Viva City bring their electro indie back to London this Saturday (Dec 22) as they headline Club Prologue at the Egg, Kings Cross.
2007 has seen them tour with Kosheen and Boy Kill Boy, with the Kosheen DJ’s record label VeRT snapping them up and preparing to release their first EP.
Markee Substance, Kosheen DJs, said: ”Viva City supported Kosheen on the last two tours. Their audacious mix of genres makes people sit up and take notice. These guys will be huge so catch ‘em while you can.”
Bruce Tate, Viva City’s bassist on what will be their final gig of the year: "It’s gonna be great playing in London again, Prologue’s like our second home. We’ve just recorded some killer remixes with the Kosheen DJs to kick the Egg party off big style. This Saturday is going to be quality.”
