Slash To Release Solo Album Band: Slash Mon Feb 8 2010 |

Slash has announced plans to release a solo album later this year. With what will be his first true solo album, the former Guns N Roses guitarist will release 'Slash' in the UK on May 10th and feastures a rosta of acclaimed artists including Lemmy Kilmister, Chris Cornell, M Shadows of Avenged Sevenfold, Ozzy Osbourne and Iggy Pop.
Speaking of the album Slash revealed that, “the idea was really simple in the beginning. “These are all artists I wanted to work with " that I thought it would be amazing to do something creative and collaborative. And I was so impressed with what everyone brought to the table. They were all so committed to doing a good job. And we had a lot of fun making these songs.”
