In a band and want to play five of the UK's top festivals this year? How about the chance to spend time recording in the Red Bull Studios in London or the chance to support an established act on a UK tour? Not too shabby a price and thanks to the guys at Red Bull Bedroom Jam, this could be the year that all this happens for you.

Now in it's fifth year, the Red Bull Bedroom Jam is returning in 2011 to offer young UK bands the chance to win all three amazing experiances for their band.

So how does it work?

* To start with you have to upload your band's videos to the Red Bull Bedroom Jam site now!

* 15 bands will then be chosen using the Buzz Radar system to play live shows live from their bedrooms every Monday at 5pm

* 5 will then become 8 as bands will be chosen by this year's judges: Andy Copping, Vice President of Live Nation, Beckie Sugden of The Agency Group, Darren Taylor Editor of Rock Sound and Aled Phillips of Kids In Glass Houses to continue to the Festival Stage.

* Having played at 5 of the top UK festivals, at the end of the festival season 3 finalists will be chosen by the judges

* The final 3 will go head to head in a public vote to see who walks away as the Bedroom Jam Champion!

Launched in 2007, Red Bull Bedroom Jam has seen band's such as Youmeatsix, My Passion, Saving Aimmee and last year's winner's, You And What Army take part. For You And What Army's front man Kieran, it was a chance of a lifetime with him describing the whole experience as "a once in a lifetime opportunity... that's taken the band to the next level. Having gone from performing a show in my bedroom to playing Shepherd's Bush Empire, it's been a phenomenal year." A statement supported by Kids In Glass Houses' Aled Phillip's who YAWA supported on their UK tour with the Welshman and one of this year's judges adding, "Having played with You And What Army on tour this year I've seen what a massive opportunity this is for young, up and coming bands. Their energy and excitement really shone through at the shows, I can't wait to see what this year's season brings!"

For more information head to the Red Bull Bedroom Jam website and be sure to tune in every Monday at 5pm from February 21 to catch the live shows and see what this year's bands have to offer.
