AFI's Davy Havok is set to appear in Greenday's musical, American Idiot.
The musical, an adaptation on the band's 2004 album 'American Idiot', currently boasts Billie Joe Armstrong as the lead character, St Jimmy, but when the frontman steps down from duties on February 27, AFI singer Havok will start a two week stint in the production from March 1.
American Idiot has been on Broadway since March 2010, originally opening in September 2009 at the Berkeley Repertory Theatre, California.
