Newport metallers Boys with Xray Eyes have revealed that they are calling it quits after a successful four-year stint.

The Welshmen, who have shared stages with the likes of Architects and Funeral For A Friend, announced via their Myspace Blog that they are to go their separate ways following a farewell tour next month.

The boisterous band explained: "After 4 years hitting it hard, heavy and another word beginning with 'H' - 'Boys with Xray Eyes' are /kicking the bucket/calling it a day.

"We are doing a final tour in March before each member leaves to pursue new projects." they continued.

"We would like to say 'thank you' to everyone who has supported us, came along to our shows, bought our merchandise and busted a fuck in the mosh pit.

"It would be great to see you all at the final string of shows," they concluded.
