Promoter and Ghost Fest UK founder Toyan St Hilaire is to launch his new record label Ghost Music on the 26th of August 2011.
Ghost Fest is one of Europe's largest independent indoor Metal festivals, with 2,500 tickets selling out this year in advance.
Toyan explains his reasons for setting up the label:
"Setting up a record label is something I've always wanted to do. Currently there is a positive upsurge in other independent companies and labels who are all making a name for themselves, by working on their own terms and for the good of the music. With the old ways of the industry slowly dying, now seems like the perfect time to be making a statement with exciting music. I'm so excited to finally launch this label and I cannot wait to announce our first band!"
Ghost Music's first signing will be announced on September 1st 2011.
