If the announcement that At The Drive In have reformed wasn't enough we also have the news that Refused are back together and have been added to the line up for Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival this April and the Way Out West Festival in Sweden in August.
Refused have this to say:
" ...We never did "The Shape of Punk To Come" justice back when it came out, too tangled up in petty internal bickering to really focus on the job. And suddenly there's this possibility to do it like it was intended. We wanna do it over, do it right. For the people who've kept the music alive through the years, but also for our own sakes..."
2012 is looking to be a bumper year for reformations with Coachella also boasting potential sets from the aforementioned At The Drive In as well as Mazzy Star, Pulp and fIREHOSE.
Looks like festival season could be shaping up to be quite interesting this year.
