Swanage four piece Saturday Sun have been making some waves of late and in timely fashion have released their debut album Orixé on Viva La Fleetwood (CD and Digital).
Saturday Sun have one foot firmly in the darker side of brooding indie, having previously supported the likes of Sigur Ros.
The album was recorded variously in a derelict Swanage school, a cave in the cliffs just outside the town, a dark dank cellar somewhere in East London, a studio above a shopping precinct near Southampton and in the basement of Producer John Cornfield's home.
