Good Fun

London’s Dirty Money have certainly hit on something good with their fast-paced, high-energy brand of brash, bounding pop rock. Single ‘The Killer’ is a feisty and unashamed two and a half minutes of ballsy riffs, loud vocals and relentless percussion. Innovative it is not, but for fans of energetic rock groups like Bowling For Soup, or even more raucous outfits like Motley Crue, Dirty Money deliver music that may just hit the spot with their bold punk ethos.

B-side ‘Beginning of the End’ has a more frothy, chugging guitar line and vocals that are totally full of cliché, but fun enough to capture the imagination of the right audience. It’s a simple but effective pop rock tune that does just what it says on the tin. Dirty Money are unlikely to lead a musical revolution, but they are good fun.
