A Good Cause
Union Sound Set are clearly influenced by bands as Editors and the like, 'Cause & Resolve' is straight out of the mould that was used to make "The Back Room" and "An End Has A Start". The good thing is that Union Sound Set actually do it well and add their own little twist to it.
'Cause & Resolve' is an atmospheric epic rock style of a tune with haunting keyboards in the first half and gets a tad rockier in the second half; it keeps that eerie feel to it with distorted guitars and drums at the perfect level, not too hard, not too soft.
On the B Side, 'I Know', the London five piece show they are not just a one trick pony and change their style to this softer, which has elements of Arcade Fire's 'Where No Cars Go' mixed in.
