Queen Of All She Does

Picture the scene - it is 1978, the high point of the Punk Rock era, and on to the music radar pops up this hauntingly beautiful song "Wuthering Heights", sang by the beautiful teenager Kate Bush. That song was wonderfully unique in style; something that Kate Bush in her writing and performance has definitely become known for – a unique style of her own. Where she leads others simply follow, and over the course of her career so many have claimed to have been influenced by her, such as Bjork, PJ Harvey, Coldplay and Outkast amongst so many more.

It has been twelve years since Kate Bush last released any new material, and on 24th October she will release 'King of the Mountain' a precursor to her new album.

The song has been written and produced by Kate Bush, recorded in her own studio, this is a song that is sure to excite any music fan. The lyrics are evocative and quite mysterious, sung with her very recognisable vocals. The song opens with a throbbing electronic beat, where the guitar builds and the percussion is quite menacing.

Through the vocals you can feel the wind at the top of the mountain, you can feel the cold chill. This is one hell of a brilliant song – welcome back Kate Bush, we have been awaiting your arrival.
