The Neutrinos sound like trouble.

The Neutrinos sound as though they would be pretty handy in a fight. The evidence supplied by their 'Build Him Till He Breaks' single is the sound of organised chaos, with menace dripping from every guitar chug and in every shriek and shrill from lead singer Karen Reilly.

Funnily enough that's the name of my sister but thankfully for The Neutrinos, the similarities don't extend to singing capabilities as my sister is as good at singing as she was at attending school every day, which is to say, not very. Not sure if the Neutrinos attended school every day but they sound like the cool kids who would cause some trouble. You know the type, fly smokers and all surly mood and behaviour. In schoolkids this is frowned upon but in our rock stars, it's feted and admired, and for that reason, The Neutrinos look as though they are more than up for the job.

With the chorus featuring the title being repeated continuously, there is quite an infectious feel to the track; one that fits the mould of say The Kills, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs or Be Your Own Pet. Sure it may be a song advocating violence or anger against a male but when the song sounds as good as this one, you can overlook small matters like that.

The b-side is as equally menacing, giving the overall impression that The Neutrinos are not a band to be messed with. Look out for them in the future but you might want to approach with caution.
