A slice of summery fun,
Admittedly it is a little difficult for a reviewer to be entirely subjective when their name is featured in the title and lyrics of the track in question, but there truly is little to dislkike about upcoming new British band the Tiny Dancers if 'Hannah We Know' is anything to go by. A cheerful, folky, 1960s influenced indie track in a smiliar vein to The Shins' upbeat offerings, this happy ditty will have you tapping toes to the beat from the first bar and singing along to the refrain by the second time the chorus rolls around. Shimmery guitars and vocals executed with a smile carry the tune through effortlessly and the only complaint can be the lack of a B-side - perhaps the band are leaving us wanting more in the hope that we invest in their album 'Free School Milk', released on the 11th of this month.
Summer was invented for songs like this - take your stereo out with your deckchair, grab an ice lolly, sit back and enjoy!
