Bonde Do Role's claim that "Office Boy" is about the life of a typical Brazilian lad working in an office to save up his money to go the beach, sadly this won't be apparent to most of us as the tune is in Portuguese, but we can certainly guess from the tone what's going on, especially as our young bureau slave seems to rather lecherous around a young lady at the end of the tune. 'Office Boy' is a fun party tune that seems to embody the party spirit that most Brits associate with Brazilian cities like Rio de Janeiro, a bright rhythm and bubbling bassline carry the tune along as the rapped vocals and guitar licks add some cool melody. Unison cries and an infectious tune give the single even more spunk and sass, while fellow Brazilians CSS remix the tune for a more techno approach as the vocals take on a robotic sheen and beats penetrate the guitarwork.
