Instant dance floor classic.

'Nightmare' is an 80s sounding synth driven electro-indie-dance track. London five piece, The Ghost Frequency, are on tour with Hadouken, however, despite the reliance on electro, they have far more edge than many of their peers. In fact, on this single they seem to have more in common with a band like The Blood Brothers mostly due to some quirky off kilter rhythms and guitar work, plenty of dirty bass, pretty heavy riffs and interestingly (unlike The Blood Brothers) a very apparent obsession with horror B-Movies - you only have to take a glance at their cover art work to see this.

This single has the potential to be big; the dirty fuzz and punk tinged quirky guitars are made much more accessible by the synths, a catchy tune and excellent vocals. It's melodic and bouncy which makes it perfect for the indie disco crowd, expect to be hearing it on a dance floor near you soon.
